We have a new blog!

This is just a test run for the COOA Blog, which I am planning on linking to our new website. This would give us a good outlet for announcements and keeping in touch with those that don't live in the neighborhood. Hopefully it will be a great tool for the COOA! - Michelle Gordon, VP
